　　過去，擁有一輛私家車對大部分中國人而言是件奢侈的事。如今，私家車在中國隨處可見。汽車成了人們生活中不可或缺的一部分，他們不僅開車上下班，還經常駕車出游。有些城市的汽車增長速度過快，以至于交通擁堵和停車位不足的問題日益嚴峻，這些城市的市政府不得不出臺新規(guī)，限制上路汽車的數(shù)量。由于空氣污染日益嚴重，現(xiàn)在越來越多的人選擇購買新能源汽車，中國政府也采取了一些措施，支持新能源汽車的發(fā)展。

　　It used to be a luxury for most Chinese to have a private car. Nowadays, private cars can be seen everywhere in China. Cars have become an indispensable part of people's life. They not only drive to and from work, but also often travel by car. In some cities, automobiles have been growing at a speed that is too fast, and the problems of congestion and insufficiency of parking spaces have been increasing, and municipalities in these cities have to perform new regulations to restrict the number of cars on the road. In light of the growing air pollution, more people now choose to buy new-energy vehicles, and the Chinese government has taken some measures to support the development of new-energy vehicles.

The municipal government has to implement new regulations to limit the number of vehicles on the road. Due to the fact that the air pollution has been worsening, a growing number of people choose to purchase the new-energy automobiles and the Chinese government has also taken some measures to promote the development of them.

As the air pollution is becoming more and more serious, people in accumulating numbers choose to buy new-energy vehicles, and the Chinese government also takes some measures to support the development of new- energy vehicles.

　　點評：第一句開頭，使用it is + n + for sb + to do固定句式。一二句之間用while連接，表示過去和現(xiàn)在的對比關系。Not only……but also 固定搭配一定要寫，增長過快……以至于…… 固定搭配 so……that ……段落整體重復詞較多，結果嚴謹，翻譯時多注重連貫性，保證單詞和語法無重大問題即可。
