　　I am a loyal customer of your honored web store on Taobao.com. I ordered an electronic dictionary the other day from your store, but upon examination, it was found to be of inferior quality, so I am writing to present you my complaint.

　　There are several aspects underlying this complaint. On one thing, the electronic dictionary sometimes turns off automatically, which upset me greatly. On the other, there exist many spelling and pronunciation errors, and thus I am misguided frequently.

　　It’s my sincere hope that you could give me full refund or replace it with a new one. Your kind reply to this letter at your earliest convenience would be very much appreciated.

　　What is clearly presented in the above table is statistics of satisfaction level of the employees in a certain company. Compared with others, those over the age of 50 have the largest percentage of satisfaction level, with 40%. It should be observed that the highest dissatisfaction rate, surprisingly, goes to those between the age of 41 and 50. It is also very interesting to note that the proportions of those who feel hard to say in those under 40 and those over 50 are the same.

　　What on earth can be learned from this chart? Indeed, with the rise of our age we tend to be more reasonable in our satisfaction level of work. When it comes to the satisfaction rate, people ---especially the middle-aged --- take freedom and feelings for granted. They usually have less burden than those over the age of 41, with children and parents to be supported. For those over the age of 50, burden is falling and thus satisfaction rate is rising.

　　On one thing, the government, the mass media should take full advantage of their publicity of such a phenomenon. The sooner the public take this issue seriously, the better our future will be. On the other, proper and prompt actions should be launched to develop a healthy way of life and a positive outlook on life. As long as each of us understands this phenomenon, our satisfaction rate and productivity will surely rise.
