英語序數(shù)詞的表示法

一、以下是最基本的序數(shù)詞，學(xué)習(xí)者必須牢記

first 第1         second 第2        third 第3         fourth 第4

fifth 第5         sixth 第6          seventh 第7       eighth 第8

ninth 第9        tenth 第10         eleventh 第11      twelfth 第12

thirteenth 第13     fourteenth 第14      fifteenth 第15      sixteenth第16

seventeenth 第17    eighteenth 第18      nineteenth 第19

注：① 許多序數(shù)詞是由相應(yīng)的基數(shù)詞后加詞尾-th構(gòu)成的，如four / fourth，six / sixth，ten / tenth，sixteen / sixteenth。但是nine變?yōu)樾驍?shù)詞是ninth，而不是nineth。

② first, second, third 通�？煽s寫為1st, 2nd, 3rd。

③ 凡是以th結(jié)尾的序數(shù)詞可縮寫為“基數(shù)詞+th”，如4th, 5th, 9th, 11th 等。

二、表示整十的序數(shù)詞由相應(yīng)的基數(shù)詞將詞尾的 y  改為 ieth 即可

twentieth 第20       thirtieth 第30          fortieth 第40 

fiftieth 第50         sixtieth 第60           seventieth 第70  

eightieth 第80        ninetieth 第90

三、非整十的多位數(shù)，將個位數(shù)變成序數(shù)詞即可

twenty-sixth 第26      thirty-second 第32 

ninety-first 第91       two hundred and forty-six 第246

四、hundred, thousand, million 等序數(shù)詞形式為 hundredth, thousandth, millionth 等

five hundredth 第500    ten thousandth  第10000

注這類詞前用數(shù)字“一”時，這個“一”只用 one，不用 a

one hundredth 第100 (不說 a hundredth)
