十一、備忘錄
備忘錄有約定俗成的結(jié)構(gòu)和格式，一般由五個(gè)部分組成：
To: 收文人
From: 發(fā)文人
Date: 日期
Subject: 事由，內(nèi)容只需要用名詞或動(dòng)名詞等少數(shù)幾個(gè)詞，甚至一個(gè)詞做簡(jiǎn)略陳述。
Message: 正文，直入主題，列出最重要的信息或結(jié)論。
備忘錄的內(nèi)容有如新聞寫作，需要包括以下幾個(gè)要素：誰，什么，何時(shí)，何地，為什么。備忘錄有可能是通知，也可能是呼吁人們參加某個(gè)活動(dòng)或采取某個(gè)行動(dòng)。注意：備忘錄的收文人只要寫全名即可，無需稱呼語，結(jié)尾處也不需要結(jié)束語和簽名。
