五、介紹信
1、介紹信是介紹本單位人員到外單位參觀學(xué)習(xí)、聯(lián)系工作、了解情況或出席某種會(huì)議等所寫(xiě)的一種書(shū)信。介紹信具有介紹和證明的作用。使用介紹信，可以使對(duì)方了解來(lái)人的身份和目的，以便得到對(duì)方的信任和支持。語(yǔ)言注意點(diǎn)介紹信應(yīng)措辭禮貌得體，對(duì)被介紹人的說(shuō)明應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)潔明了、重點(diǎn)突出。
2、正文主要有三個(gè)部分：
1. 說(shuō)明被介紹人的身份；
2. 提出希望收信人做的事情；
3. 如果是請(qǐng)收信人關(guān)照被介紹人，表示感謝；如果是請(qǐng)收信人與被介紹人共同工作，則對(duì)合作表示樂(lè)觀。

4、常用表達(dá):

Sample
Directions: One of your classmates and friends Wang Yu will go to a university in London to study for several months. Please write a letter to a British friend in London and introduce Wang Yu to him/ her. You should write about 100 words and do not need to write the address.
